Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Review Pulse (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business information.
  • You may not use the platform to manipulate, fabricate, or filter reviews in violation of review platform policies.
  • You must comply with Google API policies if linking your Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software through the Service.

3. Use of Reviews & Generated Content

  • You acknowledge that our platform aggregates and displays third-party reviews.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of reviews.
  • You may generate social media graphics from reviews, but you must not edit or misrepresent review content.
  • You retain ownership of your business data, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display this content to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload to our platform.

4. Account & Access

  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in suspicious activity.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We may refuse service, close accounts, or modify/discontinue services at our sole discretion.

5. Google API & Third-Party Services

  • We access Google API services in accordance with their Limited Use Policy.
  • We do not modify, misrepresent, or manipulate review data.
  • Users may disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
  • Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Review Pulse require payment through subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from review management. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, including loss of revenue, resulting from the use of our platform. In no event shall Review Pulse, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other legal theory.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Review Pulse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Review Pulse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
